About Ashley Culkin

Ashley Culkin is a Southern California Realtor dedicated to providing personalized, relationship-driven service to each and every client. Raised in Upland, California, Ashley grew up as the oldest daughter of three girls in a hardworking, close-knit family. Her mom works as a librarian at a local junior high school and her dad owns and operates his own roofing company. Growing up surrounded by people who value hard work, dedication, and serving others helped shape the foundation of who Ashley is today.

Ashley’s real estate journey began in 2020, inspired in part by her husband, Sean, a general contractor who has worked in the construction industry for many years and owns his own construction company. Through him, Ashley developed a deeper appreciation for homes, construction, design, and the process of transforming a house into a place where people can truly feel at home. What began as an interest quickly grew into a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate world and find homes that fit their lives and goals.

To begin her career, Ashley had the opportunity to join her sister-in-law’s team, where she gained valuable experience working alongside her and learning the many sides of the business. Being part of a team she trusted allowed Ashley to grow her skills, build meaningful relationships, and develop her own approach to serving clients.

Ashley is based in Los Angeles and works with buyers, sellers, investors, and families throughout Southern California. Her approach to real estate is centered around collaboration, communication, and personalized service for each and every client. She believes every client deserves a personalized experience and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to buying or selling real estate. For Ashley, real estate is about more than transactions. It’s about building relationships, being there for her clients every step of the way, and helping people find a place they’re excited to call home.

Outside of real estate, Ashley loves spending time on the boat at the lake with her husband, as well as spending time with friends and family. In the mix of helping her clients, she enjoys walking every morning, cleaning and organizing. And you can usually find her with an Alani or Diet Coke in hand.
