About Ashley Keefer

Raised in Upland, California, Ashley grew up as the eldest of three girls, with her mother a librarian at a local school and her father, the owner of his own roofing company, she was taught the importance and value of hardwork and integrity. Being raised in Upland, Ashley has deep roots in the area and a keen understanding of its neighborhoods and history. She is currently located in Los Angeles, and on a mission to sell SoCal. 

Ashley's approach to real estate is centered around collaboration and personalized service. She understands that every client’s needs are unique and prides herself on her ability to listen attentively, communicate effectively, and tailor her services accordingly. Whether it’s coordinating home repairs, listing preparations, organizing showings, or negotiating offers, Ashley is committed to alleviating any stress and uncertainty you may face. She brings a unique blend of industry expertise and personalized service to every transaction. 

Her journey into real estate began in 2020, inspired by her experience alongside her boyfriend, who works in construction. Witnessing the excitement of buyers touring newly built homes sparked her interest in the industry. With a drive to help others navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes, she pursued her real estate license, seizing to turn her passion into a fulfilling career. 

In the mix of helping her clients achieve their goals, Ashley enjoys walking each morning, cleaning and organizing, being at the lake on the boat in the summer, spending time with her family, and she always has a blue berry red bull or diet coke in hand.
