Bruce’s roots trace back to the city of San Marcos, CA. Before venturing into Real Estate, he grew up in the family business, Rocco’s Pizza and Deli, spanning locations in San Marcos, Escondido, and Vista. Throughout his youth, high school, and college years, Bruce worked alongside his parents, absorbing their tutelage. It was in the daily operations of the family business that he developed a myriad of attributes, skills, and values that proved to be paramount to his personal and professional growth. Bruce seamlessly carried these principles of customer service, pride, and integrity into his career in Real Estate.
A homeowner in San Marcos and a graduate of Cal State University San Marcos, Bruce’s pride and joy lie in observing his 18-year-old son’s journey into young adulthood and pursuit of his dreams. With over 38 years of residence in San Diego and North County, Bruce possesses local expertise that is invaluable for those navigating the real estate landscape. His knowledge extends beyond San Diego County, encompassing Orange/LA County and Riverside County.
Boasting more than 16 years of Real Estate experience, Bruce has a diverse background, having served as the former RE/MAX office manager of 2 branches with over 150 agents and as the former Director of Operations with KW Signature San Diego. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to coaching, mentoring, and training agents on all aspects of Real Estate, integrating various systems to succeed in this challenging industry.
