About Kaila Michalkiewicz

Kaila Michalkiewicz is our California born-and-raised now Austin, Texas resident, Goat + Dime Chief of Staff. She comes to Goat + Dime as a California State University, San Marcos alum with 10 years experience in administrative support, operational, program and project management. 

She currently also works at Nike as a Lead HR Business Analyst where she specializes in HR technology implementations, process optimization, delivery of training programs and enablement for a large global enterprise.

She has a combination of factors including; excellent communication, multi-tasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills, a passion for organization, extensive customer service experience and an innate sense of adapting to an independent or team oriented environment which will make her a great asset to the Goat + Dime team.
